Day 1: Arrival in Addis Ababa & City Tour
Arrive at Bole International Airport, where our team will greet you with a warm welcome sign featuring our company logo. Transfer to your hotel for check-in. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a guided city tour including:

The National Museum of Ethiopia, home to ancient artifacts and the famous fossil “Lucy”

The Holy Trinity Cathedral, a grand Ethiopian Orthodox church

Day 2: Drive to Jimma via Wolkite
After breakfast, drive southwest to Jimma, passing through Wolkite. En route:

Visit a Gurage village to see their unique round, grass-roofed houses

Stop at scenic viewpoints overlooking the Gibe Valley

Admire the Gilgel Gibe Hydroelectric Dam

Day 3: Drive to Mizan Teferi via Kaffa
Continue your journey to Mizan Teferi, passing through lush coffee plantations in the Kaffa region, the legendary birthplace of coffee. Enjoy views of the rolling highlands and learn about Ethiopia’s coffee heritage.

Day 4: Drive to Kibish via Bebeka Coffee Plantation
Today’s drive takes you to Kibish, deep in the southwest. On the way, stop at the Bebeka Coffee Plantation, the largest in Ethiopia:

Tour the organic coffee, tea, and spice farms

Learn about the coffee production process from seedling to roasting
Overnight Lodge or campsite in Kibish.
Day 5: Surma Village Exploration
Spend a full day walking through Surma villages, one of Ethiopia’s most remote and culturally unique communities:

Interact with locals and learn about body painting, lip plates, and traditions

Immerse yourself in this rich, untouched cultural setting
Overnight camping in or near a Surma village.
Day 6: Drive to Bebeka via Magi (Dizi Tribe Visit)
Depart Kibish and drive north to Bebeka, passing through Magi and Dizi tribal territory:

Visit a Dizi village, known for its beehive-shaped houses and unique customs

Return to Bebeka for the night
Overnight Guesthouse at Bebeka Coffee Plantation.
Day 7: Return to Jimma
Drive back to Jimma via Mizan Teferi. Upon arrival, enjoy free time:

Day 8: Drive Back to Addis Ababa & Departure
After breakfast, depart for Addis Ababa. In the evening, enjoy a traditional farewell dinner with music and dancing. Transfer to the airport for your international departure or onward travel.
